Meet Our Helotes Dentists
Michele Moreno, DDS
Dr. Moreno has been practicing dentistry for more than nine years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Angelo State University in 2001, graduating magna cum laude. Following that, in 2006, she finished her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Helotes’s University of Texas Health Science Center. She spent seven years as a staff dentist in a community health clinic and participated in the National Health Service Corps before leaving for private practice. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the local dental society. As a dentist, she loves helping patients achieve better oral health through personalized, attentive care.
Dr. Moreno has been married to her husband for 10 years and together they have one beautiful daughter and two spoiled dogs. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys sewing princess dresses for her daughter. She also dabbles in quilting, knitting, and crocheting, and she loves trying new recipes for her family on weekends.
Aiyana Zenobia Anderson, DMD
Dr. Anderson has practiced dentistry for more than seven years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Prairie View A&M University, where she studied biology and chemistry, graduating cum laude. Following this, she earned her DMD at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She works hard to help patients overcome dental anxiety and discomfort so they can enjoy greater health and happiness.
Originally from New York, Dr. Anderson moved frequently around the country, and eventually moved to Helotes when she was a sophomore in high school. It was in high school, that she meet her husband of over 5 years, and together they have been blessed with a wonderful son. Dr. Anderson is also an artist and loves experimenting with different mediums. She also loves traveling, enjoys great food, is a lover of good movies, music, and books.
