Your First Dental Visit
When you first step foot into our office, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly front desk attendants who will collect your new patient forms and take you back to a treatment room. We’ll conduct a thorough checkup and cleaning and speak with you about any concerns that you may have about your dental health. If you require a follow-up appointment or have any questions, our dental staff will be more than happy to help address those before you leave.

We’re happy to let our patients know that we’re a dental insurance-friendly practice who is happy to help maximize your benefits to the best of our abilities. We proudly accept most major insurance plans and are an in-network provider, which means that we’re able to pass on savings to you! Due to the high demand for patient appointments, we want to make sure your treatment reservation is convenient to your personal scheduling needs. We will send you a text to confirm your appointment and or call you 24- 48 hour before your appointment. We ask that you please confirm your appointment (text or via phone call, WE WILL CALL OR TEXT YOU). If you must cancel, please give us 24-hour notice; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee to your account.

Cash, and major credit cards are accepted. If you’re in need of a little assistance, our team can help with a personalized, in-office payment plan for certain treatments. Patients can also access helpful financial loans with low or even no interest through CareCredit. Do you have any questions or concerns? There’s nothing more frustrating than having to mail a check or visit an office to submit a payment. We make this process easy by using a secure online payment portal! In-House Loyalty Program
Not everybody has dental insurance, and we understand why! Between the complicated jargon, waiting periods, deductibles, and annual maximums, it can seem like an overwhelming burden. We offer a complication-free in-house membership that provides you with two free exams a year, steep discounts on cosmetic and restorative services, and no monthly insurance premiums. The price is $50/year for one person and $30 for each additional individual that you would like to add on!
